I’m a very very very light sleeper. And when I say very, I mean “somebody opens the door and I’m awake” kind of very. Anyway, this has really helped me achieve more restful sleep. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I also often feel more relaxed whenever I use this. To be honest, I was quite hesitant to use this at first because of the content but the reviews were really convincing. And I ended up really liking it. Will keep taking this for my sleep. So I first bought the 1000mg bottle after bit of “research”. I sought relief mainly from anxiety and insomnia. However, it works well for muscle aches and surprisingly migraines! I have known the power of CBD oils for quite some time, but I was skeptical of buying these products “over the counter”. I was very surprised that the 1000mg strength definitely gave positive effects from all the listed symptoms above, but I found myself using much more than the suggested dosage.
